Privacy Policy

Pre-launch draft • Last updated September 24, 2026

This policy is being published as part of Taryven's pre-launch readiness process and remains subject to final legal and compliance review.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Taryven collects, uses, stores, and processes information when you visit Taryven websites, submit information, apply to participate as a merchant, interact with Taryven services, or connect a digital-asset wallet.

Blockchain transactions are generally public. Information recorded on a public blockchain may remain publicly available independently of Taryven and may not be capable of being altered or deleted by Taryven.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use Taryven, we may receive information such as your name, email address, telephone number, business information, merchant application information, wallet address, referral information, communications with Taryven, and technical information associated with use of the website.

Merchant onboarding may require additional business information, including company name, address, ZIP code, industry type, licensing or tax information, contact information, and a qualified wallet address.

3. Wallet and blockchain information

Connecting a wallet may allow the website to read the public wallet address you choose to connect and publicly available blockchain information associated with that address.

Taryven does not need your wallet seed phrase or private key. You should never provide a seed phrase or private key to Taryven through a website form, email, support message, or other communication.

4. How information may be used

Information may be used to operate and secure Taryven services, process applications, maintain participant and merchant records, reconcile blockchain activity, communicate with users, prevent abuse or duplicate registrations, comply with applicable requirements, improve the platform, and investigate technical or security issues.

5. Service providers

Taryven may use third-party service providers for infrastructure, databases, hosting, communications, wallet connectivity, analytics, security, and other operational services. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy obligations.

6. Information sharing

Taryven may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect users or the platform, investigate misuse, comply with applicable law or legal process, or work with professional advisers and service providers.

Taryven does not represent that blockchain activity is private or anonymous.

7. Security

Taryven uses administrative, technical, and operational controls intended to protect information, but no online system, blockchain system, wallet, database, or communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Data retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, operational and security needs, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and applicable legal or compliance obligations.

9. Third-party websites

Taryven may link to third-party websites or services. Taryven does not control the privacy practices, security, content, or availability of independent third parties.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the Taryven platform develops or as operational, legal, regulatory, or technical requirements change. The current version will be identified by its posted revision date.
