Referral Partner Agreement

Review each declaration and acknowledge it individually before registration. All four declarations must be acknowledged individually before registration.

1. Cryptocurrency Risk Acknowledgment

I understand that purchasing, holding, or using digital tokens involves substantial risks, including volatility, technical vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, and the possible loss of some or all funds. Taryven does not guarantee profits, investment returns, appreciation, future market value, or preservation of funds. I agree not to describe TRYV purchases as risk-free or as providing guaranteed financial benefits.

2. Tax Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am responsible for determining, reporting, and satisfying applicable personal tax obligations arising from referral compensation or participation in the program in my country, state, province, region, or locality. Taryven does not provide tax advice. Taryven does not assume responsibility for my personal tax obligations, except for reporting, withholding, collection, or remittance duties imposed on Taryven by applicable law.

3. TRYV Utility and Referral Conduct

I understand that TRYV is designed as a utility token for use within the Taryven Pay ecosystem. Taryven does not guarantee future value, profits, investment returns, or appreciation. I agree not to market TRYV as a guaranteed investment, income opportunity, get-rich-quick opportunity, or source of dividends, interest, passive income, or recurring payments. I will not make price predictions, promise results, exaggerate potential benefits, or use misleading or high-pressure promotional claims. I will use only accurate information consistent with Taryven's approved materials. Violations may result in suspension or termination of my referral privileges, subject to applicable law and program terms.

4. Program Changes and Suspension

I understand that Taryven may modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program, including eligibility, procedures, compensation structures, and payment schedules, subject to applicable law and governing program terms. Participation does not guarantee continued program availability, future referral opportunities, or ongoing compensation. Previously accrued and legally enforceable compensation will be handled according to applicable law and the governing agreement.
