2. Digital-asset technology

Taryven services may interact with public blockchain networks, digital-asset wallets, smart contracts, stablecoins, and other third-party technologies. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and may involve network fees, delays, outages, software risks, smart- contract risks, or other technical risks.

3. Your wallet

You are responsible for the wallet you choose to connect, the security of its credentials, and transactions you authorize. Taryven does not take custody of your private keys or seed phrase through the ordinary wallet- connection process.

Always verify transaction details in your wallet before signing.

4. Eligibility

You are responsible for determining whether your use of Taryven or any digital asset is permitted under the laws and rules applicable to you. Certain products, services, merchants, jurisdictions, or digital assets may be restricted or unavailable.

5. No guarantee of availability

Taryven may modify, suspend, limit, discontinue, or delay features when reasonably necessary for development, maintenance, security, compliance, network conditions, or other operational reasons.

6. No investment or financial advice

Information provided through Taryven is for informational and platform-use purposes. Taryven does not provide individualized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice through the website.

7. Prohibited activity

You may not use Taryven to engage in fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, manipulation, abusive activity, unlawful transactions, attempts to compromise platform security, or activity prohibited by applicable law.

8. Third-party services

Wallet providers, blockchain networks, exchanges, infrastructure providers, merchants, and other third-party services operate independently. Taryven does not control their availability, security, pricing, policies, or performance.

9. Risk

Digital assets and blockchain systems involve significant risks. Review the Taryven Digital-Asset Risk Disclosure and any specific terms applicable to a transaction before participating.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as the Taryven platform develops. Material updates will be reflected in the revision date of the published version.
